PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:

Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

Because each Armor Jewelry piece is made to order, please allow 2-3 weeks to be produced and shipped. An email confirmation will be sent when your order has shipped. You may email orders@armorjewelry.com to request a time quote.

DOMESTIC:

A standard $10 shipping and handling fee will apply to purchases. All deliveries within the US are shipped via USPS with confirmation. USPS shipping takes approximately seven business days to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL:

International orders are shipped with USPS, no secondary/additional charge for the delivery standard shipping and handling fee of $16. Orders may be subject to duties, taxes or customs clearance which are the responsibility of the customer/receiver. USPS provides tracking information for your package while it is in the US however once the package is received in your country the tracking information is unavailable on usps.com. Packages are trackable using the US customs number we email you upon shipment. USPS shipping takes approximately five to fifteen business days.

COLORS:

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

CUSTOMIZE:

Most Armor Jewelry pieces are offered in standard sizes. However, modifications can be made for an additional cost. Please contact orders@armorjewelery.com for rates.

REPAIRS:

We will repair any damaged products without charge ONLY for the items purchased through armorjewelry.com The product purchased with-in 1 year will be repaired without a fee. Repairs for items that has been more than a year, will have a fee of $10.

REFUNDS:

All Armor Jewelry is made-to-order and therefore non exchangeable or refundable.

*ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS.

SALES TAX:

Sales tax of 8.875% will apply to all orders shipped to addresses within the state of New York.

LOST PACKAGES:

In the instance that you feel a package has been lost please first contact the carrier using either the tracking number for USPS or customs number for USPS provided in an email upon confirmation of the outbound shipment.

USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, POSTCARDS AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS:

All comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to Armor Jewelry on or by this Site or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of this Site (collectively, “Comments”) shall be and remain Armor Jewelry’s property. Such disclosure, submission or offer of any Comments shall constitute an assignment to Armor Jewelry of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual properties in the Comments. Armor Jewelry also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Armor Jewelry’s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or Armor Jewelry, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
